Very, very real, and thank you for sharing. But I have a question. How is the dawn-to-noon productive window part of your coping mechanisms? I'm guessing it's a response to something you've been through, but I can't figure out what.
Wonderful piece. So thoughtful. That anxiety is deep - you miss a call or voice note and then you just can’t respond. The 99+ unread messages. The nervousness. Today is my checking messages and posts day - hence my reading of this post! I try and schedule days for checking some messages, posts and comments. I can’t do it on a regular basis. It takes emotional energy I don’t have. I have such respect for those who are regularly responsive. I love your comment about mental health and therapy! Some people can use sheer will to make it through but some need help and that’s all there is to it. Great piece Kobby. Glad you’re working on yourself. Bless you.

I have absolutely no idea. May just be normal and everyone has a time they are more productive than others.
I am a woman, and so much of this resonated! Thank you for sharing so generously, Kobby. 🥹🫶🏿
This makes so much sense and resonates. At the end of the day, we are not strange, or lazy or wierd... we are simply human.
